The Challenge
Our clients in the fertilizer business are starting up (new) plants all over the world and in exclusive assignment  we’re searching for dedicated start-up teams. The challenge will be for a maximum period of three years but there are many different time-frame possibilities.
The Sr Mechanical Engineer works in a multidisciplinary team environment and leads mechanical engineering activities across different phases like pré commissioning, commissioning and start-up.
The primary responsibility of this role, as Senior Instrumentation Engineer, is to provide lead instrumentation (process control technology) engineering and services for the preparation and execution of Instrumentation portions of projects for the ammonia manufacturing facility.

The Ideal
You have got more than ten years of relevant (ammonia-, urea- related) industrial working experience (in mechanical / instrumentation engineering  facilities ) and are willing to work in international projects for at least one year. You’ve worked in multidisciplinary teams in UHDE/Stamicarbon plants and got excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical specifications, developing equipment datasheets, procuring equipment, performing technical evaluations. Candidates must have supervision experience.
