Specialist in Process Equipment and Worldwide Business

The Challenge
Within the Equipment & Mechanical Services department, which serves the global market, you will be supporting the development of, and implementing the sales policy with regard to the reselling plan by acquiring orders for plant inspections and the reselling of various mechanical services, such as: replacement/purchase of high pressure appliances, leakage detection systems, RADAR level measurements and N/C meters.etc.. During plant visits, you will analyze independently problem areas, provide advice to the customer with regard to the selection of manufacturers for HP Equipment, the replacement of HP Equipment, methods of repair, material use, welding, corrosion and corrosion prevention for Urea applications. You will also ensure the delivery reliability of Safurex materials, advise in the execution of modification projects to mechanical equipment (including relining of reactors), either at the suppliers premises or in the plant. There is extensively cooperation between manufacturers, clients and the mechanical engineering department of Stamicarbon with regard to experiences in HP equipment design, manufacturing techniques and the reselling of HP Equipment.

The Ideal
Mechanical background on a Bachelor or Master level with extensive practical experience and in depth mechanical knowledge. An entrepreneur, with affinity for process installations and static equipment. Financial, economic and legal knowledge (through experience). Commercially and customer oriented with good social and communicative / negotiating skills. Representative and result oriented. Creative thinking for new technological solutions and commercial compromises. Flexibility, ability to adapt to different cultures. High level of independence regarding working a long distance from base. Decisiveness and determination. And off course a good control of the English language.
